How it works: Request a FREE Consultation where we meet with you and visit your estate to discuss your situation, analyze your needs and walk through our model and contract.

Before the sale

• The client will get what they want out of the house, leaving everything they want to sell behind.
• We will inventory and display all items left at the location, tag and photograph them, and advertise the sale.
• We promote your sale in person at our current sales, and via our website, newsletter (with over 2,000 subscribers), our Facebook, and our listings on EstateSales.net.
• We return all family treasures that you may have overlooked through ongoing dialogue.

During the Sale

• Our team actively promotes a friendly, customer-focused atmosphere.
• We typically conduct our sales over 3 days: Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
• We utilize the most up to date technology and systems to ensure accurate and transparent reporting.
• We make sure that your home and valuables are treated with respect.

After the sale

• We donate unsold items to charity and provide you with a receipt to claim a tax deduction.
• We remove all our equipment and supplies from your home.
• We broom sweep or vacuum your home.
• We mail you a list of the items sold, proceeds from the sale, the property key, and a tax receipt of the donations within 5 days following the sale.
