Offers:
- Items become available as soon as they are photographed, tagged, and posted with a price on EstateSales.net.
- Invoices are issued in the order requests are received, based on digital time stamps.
- To reserve an item:
- Call or text the designated number listed for each sale.
- Messages sent via Facebook or other platforms will not be accepted.
- Once an invoice is issued, it must be paid promptly to secure the item. If payment is not received, Loose Ends reserves the right to move on to the next customer request and will cancel your invoice.
- All sales are final. Please choose carefully; refunds are not available.
Open House Sale Days:
- Please bring your own boxes and loading help.
- If staff are available to assist with loading, a Courtesy Fee of $20 (paid to the loader) will be applied.
- All items are sold as is, where is, and all sales are final.

- Credit Card (processing fee applies)
Sale Schedule:
- Tuesday – Full Price (10:00 am – 1:00 pm)
- Friday – 25% Off (10:00 am – 1:00 pm)
- Saturday – 50% Off (8:00 am – 11:00 am)
Offers:
- Customers may submit offers of more than 50% of the listed price at any time during the week.
- Loose Ends records all active offers for each sale.
- If an item has not sold at full price by 12:00 pm Friday, the highest offer will be accepted.
